sold the property, when you're letting a property you're going to continue that
relationship throughout that letting and many others. Finding the right agent becomes
even more vital.
Even before you've put your property on the lettings market, we're very useful people
to involve. We can advise on what you need to do to get a good rent for your property,
and what's not worth doing. And of course we can give you an accurate figure for
the rent you should expect to get.
Our most important role not just a matter of finding you a tenant, it's finding
you the right tenant. Part of that is just good sense � carrying out credit checks,
taking up references etc. But our real added value is our ability to get a good
measure of a potential tenant, which comes from the sheer experience of seeing hundreds
of tenants before. And of course the difference for you between good tenants who
pay their rent on time and look after your property, and those who don't, is enormous.
